AI receptionist for auto repair shops in Orlando

Your techs are under a car. Your phone is ringing. BayAnswer picks up in your shop's name, gets the caller's name, number, vehicle and problem, and texts it to you in seconds.

Built for Orlando shops

Orlando shops deal with I-4 and SR 408 commuters, tourist rental cars and theme-park traffic. When a car quits, drivers grab their phones and call shops until someone answers. Visitors with breakdowns call whoever shows up first on Google, often after hours from a hotel.

BayAnswer works for shops across Kissimmee, Winter Park, Lake Nona, Dr. Phillips, Altamonte Springs, and anywhere else in the Orlando area. You keep your existing number and forward calls to BayAnswer after hours, during lunch, or whenever the line is busy.

Local demand often tracks the weather: summer afternoon thunderstorms, heat-related a/c and battery failures. When it gets busy, BayAnswer can take several calls at once, so nobody sits on hold or hits voicemail.

What BayAnswer does

  • Answers every ring. After hours, overflow, or 24/7 on Pro.
  • Texts you the details. Caller, vehicle, symptom and urgency, right after the call.
  • Books the job. Appointments go to your calendar on Pro and Multi-Bay.
  • Handles tows. Asks if the car is driveable, explains night drop, and transfers urgent calls on Pro.
